This policy explains what information Bluehaven Strategic ("we", "us") collects through our websites and how we use and share it. We operate a home services matching service in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

What we collect

Information you submit: name, phone, email, ZIP code, details about your project, and any notes.
Your consent record: the consent language shown, the date and time, page URL, and IP address.
Technical data: browser type, device, referring page, and ad/campaign parameters (such as UTM tags, gclid, fbclid). We may use cookies or similar tools for analytics and advertising measurement.

How we use it

To match your request with local service providers and pass your details to them.
To contact you about your request by phone, text, and email, as you agreed.
To measure and improve our advertising and website, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share your request with independent local service providers (for example, roofers or restoration companies), up to three per request, who pay us for introductions and may contact you directly. Once shared, their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We also share data with vendors who help us operate (hosting, form processing, spreadsheets, email/SMS, analytics, advertising platforms) and when required by law. We do not sell your information to data brokers or for unrelated marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts; ask any caller to stop calling; use the unsubscribe link in emails.

Depending on where you live (for example, under Maryland or Virginia privacy law), you may have additional rights; we will honor applicable requests. To stop a provider we've already shared with from contacting you, please also contact them directly.

Retention and security

We keep lead and consent records as long as needed for business and legal purposes (consent records generally for at least five years) and use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our services are for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
