What we do

Bluehaven Strategic is a free matching service that connects homeowners with independent local service providers. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any work, and we are not an agent of any provider. Providers pay us for introductions.

No guarantees

We do not endorse, employ, license, or guarantee any provider, or their pricing, availability, response time, quality, licensing, or insurance. You are responsible for checking credentials (for example, MHIC in Maryland, DPOR in Virginia, DLCP in DC), getting written estimates, and choosing whether to hire anyone. Any agreement is solely between you and the provider. You have no obligation to hire anyone.

Your information and communications

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and a phone number you own or are authorized to use. If you check the consent box, you agree that Bluehaven Strategic and up to three matched local service providers may contact you by phone, text, and email, including with automated technology and prerecorded messages, at the number provided. Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. If there is risk to life or safety (fire, electrical hazard, structural collapse), call 911.

Limitation of liability

The site and service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluehaven Strategic is not liable for any acts, omissions, work, or damages caused by any provider, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability will not exceed $100.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, fraudulent, or someone else's information, or misuse the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
